Return and Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident in your Growturn Brush Ampoule purchase. If it's not the right fit, here's how returns work.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility

To qualify for a return, your product must be unopened and unused, in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase. Because Growturn is a personal care product, we're unable to accept opened or used bottles for return.

How to Start a Return

Contact us at hello@givenrule.com to request a return. Once approved, we'll provide you with a prepaid return shipping label and instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back to us without a return request first will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away at hello@givenrule.com so we can make it right.

Exceptions

Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the right item is to return what you have. Once your return is accepted, place a new order for the item you want.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason, no justification needed. Your item must still meet the eligibility requirements above: unopened, unused, and in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method right away, before we receive the returned item back. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund.
